  1. Firstly, we invest real cash of our own into any fund we create, making us Co-Investors and invested in the success of the fund. 
  2. Secondly, we prioritize performing for our Co-Investment Partners, as we are not compensated in a meaningful fashion until we have first delivered favorable results for our Partners.
