The Investment
We identify investment-grade properties featuring immediate income generation & long-term asset appreciation, secure the financing, and close the deal.
Distributions Paid
Greystone aims to provide Co-Investors with consistent returns, including preferred distributions paid both quarterly & upon asset sale.
Peace of Mind
We handle all property management and asset optimization throughout the life cycle of the investment.
Maximum Return
When the asset is fully optimized, we sell the property for maximum return & pay all due proceeds to our Investment Partners.
